Whoa – what is it I’m reading? Adobe will acquire Macromedia. Wonder what this will mean for the future of existing programs; with DreamWeaver usually being considered the best web design program, what will Adobe do with GoLive now? And the other competing products – will they merge into one, or exist side by side?
Well – it’ll be interesting to see what happens.
If you go to Operas ftp directory, you can download Opera 8.0 final – it’s out of beta now. Yay! 🙂 As soon as I read the news on Operawatch, I downloaded and installed it – what a great way to start the evening. (Oh, and Operawatch provides links to some mirrors to download from if Operas own site is a bit slow from the numerous downloads right now…)
