Well, after our day in Busch Gardens, the news about the hurricane Floyd wasn't the best. We decided to leave the hotel and head home, even if it was late and we were tired. In addition, the parks closed - Universal Studios which was the next on our agenda, and even Disney World for the first time in history closed due to a hurricane!
So off we went, to evacuate and stay with family. And seeing the traffic, so did most other people - though admittedly in the opposite direction of what we went...
I don't have any pictures from that period, and the hurricane missed us so there's no pictures from any rampaged area either. Not that I really complain...
But the days in that period is a bit in a haze, when I try to think what we did which day. But it doesn't matter, we got back to Orlando, did some (window) shopping and just relaxed, having a good time.
We had a good meal at a Hooters restaurant, served by a nice waitress...
...before we went for a game of golf :-)
